Obituary of Vincent Santo

Vincent James Santo, 74, passed away Monday April 14, 2008 at Marathon Health Care Center in Waterbury, CT. Vincent was the husband of Mary Catherine Santo. Vincent was born July 31st 1933 in Norwalk, CT and was the son of the late Adelaide (Ferrelli) and Vincent J. Santo. Vincent was employed at Thomas Reardon Construction, and the Danbury Board of Education prior to his retirement in 1996. Vincent was a member and also a Elder at the Renewed Faith Church in Waterbury. He also was involved with mission trips to Russia and Mexico under A.C.T.S International. Besides his wife Vincent is survived by his sons, Daniel Santo of Huntsville, AL, and Vincent Santo of Fort Lauderdale, FL. He is survived by his daughters Jeanne and her husband William Ronewicz of Terryville, CT, and Sharon and her husband Christopher Manouse of Naugatuck, CT. Vincent is survived by his brother Louis and his wife Francis of Austin, TX. He also is survived by his sister Rosemarie Dyer of Waterbury, CT. Vincent is also survived by his five grandchildren, Justin, Janessa, Stacy, Christian, Aaron, and his great-granddaughter Gianna and many nieces and nephews. Vincent was pre-deceased by his brother Robert Santo and his brother- in -law Raymond Dyer. Arrangements- Funeral services will be held April 17, 2008 at The Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave, Waterbury, CT 06710. Friends and family may call the funeral from 4 to 7 P.M with funeral services following at 7 P.M. Burial will be held Saturday April 19th, 2008 at All Saints Cemetery in Waterbury at 11 A.M.
