Obituary of Mary Nirka

Mary Ann Nirka, 61, passed away, Wednesday June 6th, 2008 at the Marathon Health Care Center in Waterbury, CT. She was the Wife of Neil P. Nirka. Mary Ann was born, May 23rd, 1947 in Waterbury, CT and was the daughter of Mary (Milia) and John T. Smith who predeceased her. Besides her husband Mary Ann is survived by her son Philip J. Nirka of New Britain, CT. Mary Ann is survived by her brothers John T. Smith Jr. of Naugatuck, CT, Attorney James R. and his wife Jean Smith of Middlebury, CT, Thomas C. and his wife Teri Smith of Southbury, CT, and Attorney Robert W. Smith of Middlebury, CT. Mary Ann is survived by her sister Barbara M. Smith and her partner Joanne H. Choly of Stratford, CT. She is also survived her grandson Joshua Tyler Nirka. Arrangements- A Memorial Service will be held Monday June 9th, 2008 at Our Lady of Loretto Church at 10 A.M. Calling hours will be held Sunday June 8th, 2008 from 3 to 5 P.M at the Mulville Funeral Home 270 West Main Street Waterbury, CT. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. The Mulville Funeral Home, 270 West Main St, Waterbury, CT is in charge of arrangements.
