Obituary of Walter O'Halloran

Meriden " Walter M. O'Halloran, 60, of Meriden and formerly of Cheshire, passed away Saturday June 20, 2009 at his home. Mr. O'Halloran was born October 18, 1948 in East Orange, NJ the son of Walter H. O'Halloran and the late Jean Ann (Byrne) O'Halloran. He was a 1967 graduate of Cheshire Academy and a resident of Meriden for the last five years having previously lived in Cheshire and Suffield. Besides his father, Mr. O'Halloran is survived by his daughter Alexandra O'Halloran of Suffield; his brother John S. O'Halloran and his wife Kathy of Cheshire; his sisters Barbara O. Powers and her husband William of Tauton, MA and Mary Lou O'Connor and her husband John of Cheshire; his former wife Elena (Accomando) O'Halloran of Suffield; seven nieces and nephews Brian and Stephen Bishop, Matthew Powers, Sean and Emily O'Halloran, and Katelyn and Brendan O'Connor. He was predeceased by his brother Michael. Arrangements " A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday June 26, 2009 at 11 a.m. at St. Bridget Church, 175 Main St., Cheshire. Friends are asked to meet directly at church. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alexandra E.
