Armann Family, I was a member of Phi Mu with Laura and I remember her fondly. She was such an amazing individual. I was very fortunate to know her, to have her as a friend, and, most of all, to be able to call her my sister. When I first pledged Phi Mu, I was uncertain that it would be the right fit for me, and when I met Laura, all my worries disappeared. She was always there with a huge smile on her face, willing to help me with school, the sorority, and with life. I remember sitting in meeting after meeting with her, saying something silly and her laughing, I still remember what her laugh sounds like, and it makes me smile. I remember spending time with her and Ashley during Greek Week, learning a dance from a movie, laughing the entire time at how silly we looked. Laura was amazing, always willing to be my partner in whatever goofy thing I was about to do. I am so sorry that this has happened, and I can not begin to fathom what this has done to your family, but I just wanted to share my love for Laura and my sympathy to you all in hopes that this may help to make you smile, knowing how much your daughter is loved by all of us in Phi Mu. She was such a great human being, and I will always carry the memory of her in my heart.
