Marianne, I just heard about your mother and want to offer my condolences. That obituary was the best one I have ever read! I felt like I wish I'd known her. She must have been the center of your family and any room she walked into, how lucky you have been. Sounds like a hard act to follow. My prayers for you and your family. Tina Celestino

I had the priveledge of knowing Mom (Betty) for the last 5 years. I truly can not think of another person who has has such an effect on my life. She made me a part of the Lentini family when she asked me to "please call me Mom, not Betty". With those words she changed everything and trusted me to be a part of the best ...family I have ever known. Each and every memeber of the Lentini family has done everything in their power to make me feel welcome. I know that this how she taught them to be. I will never agiain be able to watch a Red Sox game again without thinking of her as we shared a love of the "Sox" and the hate of the Yankees. The world is a poorer place without her. Miss you Mom! Dear Pomp, Heartfelt sympathy to you and your family on the loss of Betty. She was a loving wife, great mother and grandmother. Such a happy, loving person who shared your home for so many "Early Bird Bowling League" get-togethers. A special thank you Pomp for always being the best host, making us feel welcomed. There will never be another Betty. She was so special in so many ways. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Sincerely, Nancy and Don Fowler

Dear Pomp and family, How very sad we were to hear of Betty's passing. She was a bright light in everyone's life. How proud she was of her children and Pomp's accomplishments. She often shared the good news when we met her shopping, parades and the Christmas garden club luncheon. Betty knew how to throw a party and we loved and cherished every one we attended. Betty was proof positive of the old saying "Good things come in small packages". She will be remembered in our prayers. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time. Love to you dear friends, Fran and Mike

My dearest condolences to Betty's family. While I haven't seen Aunt Betty in quite some time, I have many found memories with her down at Aunt Peggy's camp. She would always call me Betty and I called her Shannon. Even a few years ago when she sent me a card she wrote dear Betty. She certainly had a personality to light up a room and with that I will miss her greatly. My father sends his condolences as well!! With love, Steve & Shannon Fessenden

I send my condolences to the family of my sister in law with a prayer for sustaining grace in the days and months ahead. May God who walked the dusty road to Emmaus with grievers bend low to you these grief filled days. May your path frequently lead to that oasis called courage. May your eyesight rest on a closer horizon colored with hope.

Dear Lentini family, my sincere sympathies for your loss. She was a beautiful person and I have such nice memories of her. She was genuine, loving and warm hearted. It has been over 30 years(I gasp at the thought) that Barth and I went to his senior prom and I remember her sweetness to this day. I wish you all peace. Fondly, Allysia

Ed & I love you all! Your Mom was one of my rocks... as she was to all who knew her. She always knew just what to say, and made sure whoever she spoke to knew that they were the most important. Her thoughts and style has guided me through many tough times and I will never forget the lessons she taught us.
