Obituary of Pauline Tuttle
NAUGATUCK- Mrs. Pauline (Skoronsky) Tuttle, 85, of 680 North Church St., Naugatuck, passed away Thursday December 31, 2009, at the Waterbury Hospital. She was the widow of Hallie A. Tuttle, who died in 2007 after 60 years of marriage.
Mrs. Tuttle was born in Waterbury, February 9, 1921, a daughter of the late Wadyslaw and Sadie Skoronsky was a lifelong Naugatuck resident. She was educated in the local school system and was a graduate of Naugatuck High School and a communicant of St. Hedwig Church. She was Corporate Secretary of Tuttle Auto, Inc. for over 60 years. She was a member of the Watertown Golf Club and The Evergreen Club of Waterbury Hospital and enjoyed spending time at the family cottage at Lake Quassapaug.
She leaves one son, David P. Tuttle and his wife Michelle of Waterbury; one daughter, Beverly A. Moriarty and her husband James of West Hartford; one granddaughter, Erin Moriarty and a brother Casmir Skoronski. She was redeceased by a brother Edmund Skoronski.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday Jan. 4th at St. Hedwig Church. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Naugatuck. There are no calling hours.
