To Bill's family and friends: I am sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We met at the CC of Waterbury a long time ago and many times thereafter. I knew him only in the context of golf, usually meaningful, as an immediate friend and good fellow. His actions were thoughtful and golf game quite good, in the spirit of game and its competition. Always upbeat, Bill provided good spirit for others around him. May those close to him keep that good nature as a way to deal with others and life itself.
