Dear Whitlock family - Please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. I am so blessed to have been friends with Mark: I had the pleasure to work with him at Fragomen, and I will forever remember him as being an extremely bright, kind-hearted, positive person, and a true gentleman in every sense of the word. Dear Leslie & Whitlock Family: Leslie, I did not know Mark, your precious son, only through our conversations. I could tell what a beautiful soul he was, how you smiled lovingly when you spoke of him. He is at peace and in the arms of the angels. I know that does not bring you comfort. The veil between life and death is so fragile and difficult to comprehend. Each day that passes takes you one day further away from Mark but one day closer till you'll meet again. Love is eternal. To Mark's family, friends and loved ones: Since the day I met Mark, I was immediately aware that he was one of the rare people you get to meet in your life. Though I know nothing can truly ease your pain I hope that the thoughts and prayers of so many will help you to remember how many lives Mark touched. Mark may have lost the battle but I will continue my quest to support the National Brain Tumor Society.
