It is with a heavy heart that I write this message to the family. Joanna has been a dear, dear friend of mine since our college days at Adelphi, and I was lucky enough to share in "Nonnie's" company on many occasions. She was an extraordinary woman with an intense love and admiration for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I know she will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences on your loss.
