Peter: I was saddened to hear of your father's passing. There are so many memories going back years: The Baptist Church, Norton School, you father delivering eggs every week, taking my mom up to the farm for tomatoes and corn ! Please accept our condolences. We hold very fond memories of your parents. As little girls we would hug our father's side as your mother shared her cookies with us. I, Doris, remember when your father tried to catch a kitten for me. It bit his hand. I quickly said, please catch the calico not the red one. Your mother made the best coffee cakes. You always had the most beautiful collie dogs. I could not believe your father gave the last one away. We still use the manure spreader he sold us (I am sure he thought we were crazy). Your father was always a good, kind friend to my parents (Fred and Maybelle Bens). With the passing of your father I feel an era has passed. As many would say: They just do not make men like him any more.
