Obituary of Jose Jaime

WATERBURY - Jose "Durango" Jaime, 84, passed away Saturday September 25, 2010 at his home. He was the husband of Elsa Santiago. Mr. Jaime was born April 17, 1926 in Aguada Puerto Rico, the son of the late Carmello and Francisca (Arce) Jaime. He was an avid musician and a communicant of Sacred Heart Church where he was a member of the "Cristo de los Milagros" music group. Besides his wife, Mr. Jaime is survived by his sons Abdin and Jose Jr., as well as his daughters Krimilda, Sonia, Silvia, Aida, Joyce, Joanne and Diana. He is predeceased by his son Joel. Arrangements - Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 28, 2010, 9:15 from the Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave., to Sacred Heart Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
