Rich was a hard working man that often put other people needs before his own. We will always be indebted to him for fixing a problem we had on a newly purchased two family property that had a basement apartment that started flooding in the winter thaw two years ago. I was in a panic. This big two family investment suddenly became a one family.Rich Maher was at the house before I was, expertly diagnosing the problem.He put in a pump, ran a couple pipes and we haven't a problem since.His wry grin was reassuring when he assured me the problem was fixed . I only wish I could have returned the favor and fixed him .RIP Richard, you are already missed.
