My wife, Della Mae and I met Louise in 1986 when we lived in Cheshire. My wife met her while attending the garden club. She decided to move to Elim Park in 1989 so Della Mae and I helped her move into her new home. We relocated to Illinois in the same year, but stayed in contact throughout the ensuing years. She came to visit us many times in Illinois and we made several trips together both in Illinois and in Maine. She was a wonderful, caring person who loved nature, people and birds. We would always call her when we saw the first Robin appear in our yard each spring. She was a great friend and a joy to be around. I talked to the staff of Elim Park recently and they related what a nice person she was and how much they enjoyed her company. We'll miss her--and I'm sure most of her friends will also. Her passing is a loss for us but a gain for Heaven. May God rest her soul. Covey Campbell
