Dear Jacquie, Jim, and family, Our sincere condolences to you and your family. We were are all saddened by the loss of Denise. Because of her will and desire for home therapy, we were successful in opening the DaVita at Home program in Waterbury. It is through your committment, Jacquie, that Densie was able to maintain her quality of life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
