To the family of Mr David Cole: I wanted to give my condolences to you with your loss. I had the good fortune of seeing David 4 times/year for diabetic foot care. He came to me for a number of years as recommended by Dr Gaines. My fondest memories of David are the stories and jokes he would have for me frequently when I saw him.
