Obituary of Nancy P. Turner

Nancy P. Turner, 88, passed away Wednesday November 12, 2014 at her home. She was the wife of the late Marvin A. Turner, who passed away in 2008. Mrs. Turner was born December 18, 1925 in New Milford, the daughter of the late Richard and Lillian (Anderson) Parker. She was a longtime Cheshire resident and was employed by Marshalls of Cheshire for many years. She was a 50 year member of the First Congregational Church of Cheshire. She was a big UCONN sports fan and an avid bowler. She is survived by her son Fred Turner and his wife Pat of Cheshire; her two daughters Marsha Wheeler of Cheshire and Donna Aston and her husband Peter of WI; her six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 15, 2014 at 12 noon at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main Street. Burial will follow in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
