I lost my son Brendan four years ago after he had open heart surgery to correct congenital heart defects. I feel your pain and I am so very sorry for your loss. Isabella was my CCD student for four years. 7th through 10th grade. She will always be remembered to me as an outgoing, spirited, lovely girl. Even after she left my classroom she kept in contact with me through facebook, twitter and texting. We even shared a love of Harry Potter. She became close with my daughter Whitney over the two years and I heard from her more often. She just text me in November to tell me how she was planning to go to church with her mom and how she loved and missed me. There are not enough words to fill the silence she has left behind. Your family and Isabella will remain in my thoughts, prayers, and heart.
