Chuck,Carol,Shannon,and family,
I know things change and people go in different directions throughout life.Chucky and I may have grown apart over the years but he never left my mind. I talked about him often with mutual friends and even at work with people who never met him. We had a lot of laughs growing up and we shall continue to laugh when we meet again. He was truly a best friend anyone could have growing up. People that remember us know that we were inseparable for a long while. I offer the family my deepest sympathy as I feel your pain.I feel as if I lost a part of myself also. The years we spent together meant a lot to me and they can never be replaced. I loved him more than my best friend, he was a brother to me growing up.I will never forget you. May we shave our heads together one more time when we finally meet again. I love ya bro.

Charlie truly had a heart of gold. When we were spending time together fishing or working on a truck, no matter what kind of day I was having he would always find a way to pick me up and make me feel better. He would say, "Let's see what the day brings!" Charlie always had that positive outlook! He would tell me that no matter what it was, it would be alright, I could handle whatever happened--adding, I always had him to lend a hand, that 'WE' would get it done, 'WE' would always be OK. Charlie knew how to put me at ease. There will forever be an empty space in my heart where you used to be my friend. A space to big to ever be filled...and no one could fill it. MY FRIEND~~MAY THE ROAD RISE UP TO MEET YOU, MAY THE WIND ALWAYS BE AT YOUR BACK, MAY THE SUN SHINE WARM UPON YOUR FACE, AND THE RAINS FALL SOFT UPON YOUR FIELDS AND UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN MAY GOD HOLD YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND. I MISS YOU MY FRIEND, WITH ALL THAT I HAVE IN MY HEART , I WILL MISS YOU ALWAYS.

I'll not only miss the times we shared, but also the time we missed from getting too busy with life to actually live it. I think the measure of a person can be summed up by the size of the hole they leave when they're gone. Given all of us with an emptiness in our hearts now he must measure up to a very impressive man. He will be missed, and his absence felt greatly. Love and best wishes to all of you who share the pain of his loss.

Uncle Jr. and Aunt Carol-You have my deepest sympathy over the passing of Chuck. Words can not express the sorrow we feel at this time. Prayers to you and your family.
“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing.” Ecclesiastes 3:1-22

Rip Chuck. Haven't known you any longer than a couple of years. I bought a house on "your hill" and have been happier here than anywhere I have been before! Although your dog Harley still wants to eat me and my car tires I think we will soon come to some kind of agreement lol! I wish you the best and appreciate your smiles and kindness to me since the first day I moved here! I'm sorry your gone I was hoping this year you would show me this private fishing hole I would see you sneak off to from time to time. Glad I got to meet you! Rip buddy.
