Dear Mrs. Varsell,
It only today that I learned of Mr. Varsell's passing. I am so very sorry for your loss.
He was such a very sweet man. I enjoyed a quick conversation when I saw him at Everybody's or when I would walk by your home with my dog, READ, Mr. Varsell always said hello. May God bless...

Dear Lynn,
My sincere condolences upon the loss of your father. I remember for years seeing him walking into Everybody's or in the neighborhood with that quiet smile. I pray that God consoles you and strengthens you at this time.

Mrs V.,Craiger/Cindy/Lynn,
I just heard about Mr. V., he was like a second father to me. I always loved going to your home. Always kind and lots of laughs, sharing books (Howard Cosell), planting shrubs etc.
I hope your family can find peace, I bet he is already coaching a ballgame in heaven.
Peace,
Howard

Craig and Cindy, I am sorry for your loss. It is a difficult thing to watch a parent age. The loss is hard to handle but time and memories ease the grief. My thoughts are with you and your family.

My beloved brother Bob was very funny, satirical, loyal to family and extremely bright. He made wonderful cartoons and even wrote two wonderful books of poetry. He was an avid reader with an inquisitive mind. He was active in sports in high school and college as well as later in his life. Bob was just a talented, well-rounded man. We were so lucky to have Bob in our lives for 80 years. I will miss his humor and good heart.
His sister Linda in Oregon.
