Obituary of Antoinette Cross-Lewis

WATERBURY-Antoinette Cross-Lewis,51, of 94 Bidwell St Wtby, Ct. walked through the gates of heaven into eternal rest on July 12,2012. Antoinette, also known as "Toni" was born on Sept.14,1962 to Mr James H. Cross & Mary Robinson Cross of Wtby. Toni was predeceased by her husband Walter H.Lewis, and her father James. Toni leaves behind to cherish her memories,5 sons Kendall & Terence Cross, George Jones, Jermaine Lewis,& Branden Copeland, all of Waterbury; 3 daughters Jacinda Lewis, Levinna Moore (Charles Corbin) & Shanice Copeland of Waterbury; 4 sisters, Beverly Robinson (Clearance Crawford)of Derby, Ct ,Yvette Cross, Bonita Smalls (Wayne Smalls) April Cross, of Waterbury and a brother Andre Cross (Ivilesse Cross-Bruno) of Hartford, Ct. Toni also leaves behind to cherish her memories 12 grandchildren, dear friends at Gayle O'Neil Antique's & fine Jewelry, of Southbury Larcenia Tisdale (Andre Tisdale),& Susan DeMaio, a host of nieces & nephews that she treated as her own & her cat Spice. Toni was a lifelong resident of Waterbury & worked as a C.N.A. for many years. Mr & Mrs Walter Lewis always extended their hand to all in need & will be deeply missed by all who knew them. A graveside service will b hld on Tuesday July 17, 2012 at 1 pm in New Pine Grove Cemetery. Meriden Rd., Waterbury. There are no calling hours
