I am very sorry for your loss and I send my condolences to the whole family. Jimmy was a great guy, always taking me fishing and showing me how to catch the biggest bass in any lake we went to. We shared some good times fishing together that will last with me forever. I will also always remember this one quote he told me a long time ago fishing that I have been saying ever since: "winds from the south, no small mouth".

I am so sorry to hear about Jimmy's passing and send my heart felt condolences to all the family.
I met Jimmy back in grammar school and graduated High school with him. We met again after high school on Quassy and have seen and talked to each other almost every week / or at least once a month ever since. The last time wasn't to long ago when he came over to shoot the breeze like we've done fpr years. He will be sorely missed,, not only by his family but by those of us in the club who saw him as the thee Bass fisherman on the "Q". We always ribbed each other on who was catching the most and biggest and the best place to do it. It was a pleasure to know him. Quassy will not be the same without seeing him in his meticulously kept boat and come out of one of the coves and stop over for an update.
Sincerely,
Smitty

My husband Dave and I are gonna miss a good friend and fishing buddy we would meet at Lake Quassy and always shut our boats off for a bit and just have a little chat he would always give us good tips on where the fish were biting. We're gonna miss those times.
Rest in peace Jim,
Dave& Denise
