Marion was a dear friend and traveling companion of my aunt, Margaret M. Canning. They stayed in touch over the years, reminiscing about the wonderful times they’d spent together visiting so many interesting locations. They loved planning for that “next time.”
I recall my aunt and Marion enjoying a holiday meal with our family when we lived in North Branford, and that day confirmed what we already knew – Marion was a delightful, gracious, classy lady!
May it comfort her family to know how deeply her friendship was cherished by those whose lives intersected with hers. We will keep her in our prayers.
