To Franks family, I would like to pass on my condolences and prayers. I would also like to that your family for sharing such a wonderful man with the residents of Cheshire. I have know Frank from the time I was in grammar school. He was the true example of a great police officer and a great friend. So many stories to share of how he treated people with respect and therefore received that respect back. He will be missed as a Police Officer, a resident of Cheshire but most of all a friend.
