Dear uncle vin, years ago when I used follow my fathers kid brother aruond Brooklyn remember under the trestle to the sand lot the pinball machine in the back of the candy store Capital theater on saturday matinee where you once told a kid in front to duck down so your nephew could see . You were more like my brother than uncle as we traveled thru life our roads never crossed very much it was too bad because you always meant a great deal to me so when I say my heart goes out to you immeasurably. I never knew Michael only met once or twice many people seek the solution to lifes suffering by the means he took I dont judge him. I pass by st Patrick's church regularly and always look over at the house I think of anita I always remember her faith many times in my own life ive called upon that faith to get me thru troubled times . I can only hope that you can call upon that strength and by the grace of that spirit that the pain & sorrow in your heart will be healed in time. Im not gonna come to the mass not out of dissrepect but the opposite I think this is a private moment for you . I always intended to come to the Italian American club to see you but you no how it goes. Im gonna make a point to get together & remember better days . Give my regards to Sal .
