As a somewhat newer member of St. John's Episcopal Church and being an 8:00 o'clocker, I got to know Norm at the Passing of the Peace time. He was like the mayor of that service. Each of us always got a warm greeting from him. I knew I was an insider when Norm finally realized I was going to be a regular attendee and was then greeted with additional hug and a kiss. I shall miss his smile and special Christian greeting. I treasure this special memory of a special man. I send my sincere and heartfelt condolences to his family. May God's healing love uplift and sustain you during this time of sadness and loss.

Sad to lose an old friend. Norm and I go back about 60 + years. Not sure how we met as we lived a couple of miles apart but not too far cross country which was the way we traveled. We used to go squirrel hunting up on the mountain. We hung out for many years and naturally as time went on we didn't see each other as often. Norm graciously accepted being the God Father of my son Tim Jr. He was blessed with a great wife Barbara and eventually a great family. We moved to Florida 30 years ago but usually made the trip north and saw Norm frequently. He did a lot of work for my mom through the years. Sorry to lose an old friend whom I shared a part of my younger years with.

Morrison family, We are so sorry to hear of Norm's passing. He was the best neighbor anyone could ask for. More like a brother than a neighbor. Always checking on us to make sure we are ok. We know he is ok in heaven. Don't know if he has a truck with him but I sure he is at peace Rest in Peace Norm. Will always be a part of the neighborhood
