I'm so sorry for your loss. I just found out today. Mark was a very nice man and always talked about his family. He was very proud of his daughter while attending college. It was a pleasure to know him and cut his hair since he was very particular about it . He will be missed . Ewa and Camilia I am very sorry .

Thy Kingdom Come!
Dear Ewa, Kryzysztof and Camila in Christ,
On this day, as we have accompanied Marek during his last journey, I would like to write you these lines, assuring you that my prayers have been with him and you during this past time. Even though I did not have the opportunity to speak with you personally during these days, know my appreciation for Marek and his long years of quiet and heartfelt service to our community. My personal connection with him had been Chopin: I remember how he loved hearing Chopin pieces plaid during our concerts or when guests came, and he often asked me when we would have the next occasion for music. I made sure to let him know when Chopin was on the list. Since my own father stems from Ratibor, a city which is in Poland now, there is another underlying current.
At any event, when playing Chopin now on the piano, I will remember him in a particular way and hope that some day in heaven we will all be reunited, singing the "New Song" of joy and salvation and playing before the Throne of God in celestial harmony together with the Angels.
Let us continue united in prayer, faith, and love. Camilas words today at the end of the Funeral Mass were very fitting: to continue his desire to bring a smile into this world. I am sure he would not like to see us sad but happy about all the good things we have received and the even better ones we are expecting for the future. The key is: remaining in God's love.
In appreciation and with my priestly blessing I am greeting you from my heart.
Yours in Christ,
Fr Andreas Kramarz, LC

Dear Ewa and Camila
It was only last summer we all shared a laugh, reconnected after years and miles apart.
It was an honor and joy to have known Marek. We admired his dedication to you, his inquisitiveness and unyielding strong will.
May fond memories of your husband, father and our friend bring you comfort in this difficult time.
The loss of someone dear to you is never easy. If we can provide any comfort, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love Zosia and Tomek Uracz and Family

Marek was a great friend and a kind and good-hearted man. When we chatted together, he always talked, full of love, about, his family, which was absolutely the most important thing for him in life. And when my daughter was born, he was so delighted and happy to share the joy with us. We will always remember Marek! We are in our thoughts with Ewa and Camila.

Dear Ewa, Camilla, and Family,
Marek will be greatly missed, both by all of us in the Carlson Lab and Yale in general. It is still hard to imagine KBT without him, his smile, and his friendliness.
Although small in comparison to the tragedy of his loss, I hope there is some solace in that he left such a positive impression on the community here, that it will not be the same without him.
My deepest condolences,
Ryan

Dear Ewa and Camilla:
Marek will be remembered as a great father, a loving husband and a friend to everyone he met. His warm and friendly smile was as always followed by a firm handshake and a uplifting salutation.
During these times your faith will be tested, but it is your faith that will see you through this sorrow. Stay strong, you are a wonderful family.
We hope can you find some solace in knowing that your loss is shared deeply by many in the MCDB community.

Marek was a beloved member of the Carlson lab, never failing to greet you in the morning with a smile and a friendly wave. He was a father figure to the lab, and was whole heartedly invested in the well being of its members. We will miss his positivity, as we raise him a toast at this and every coffee hour to follow.

I am so, sorry to hear of Marek's sudden passing. My heart goes out to you, Ewa and Camilla. This is, as I have learned over the past 2 month's a lonely valley, but the sun will shine again. We can walk this path together. Praying for you both for strength and comfort. God's promise of eternal life assures us that we will be reunited with our loved one one day. {{{{{{Hugs}}}}}}} Love, Kate

My heartfelt condolences to Ewa and Camilla. Marek was a great man and a good friend. He was a real part of the family here at the seminary, always interested in how each one of us was doing, always joyful in celebrating feast days with us, and always ready to add to the festivities by acts of kindness such as getting donuts for the whole community. We will miss him greatly.
We will continue to pray for him and surely he is now praying for us from his place in the Father's house.
God bless!

During my stays in Cheshire, Marek was usually the first person I greeted in the morning and he always had a cheerful face and a cordial "How are you, Father? Where did you come in from?" Then a little banter would follow where I would tell him he was far healthier than me, that he was an expert cyclist and walker and he would chuckle and say "only God knows that". It´s now clear that God wanted him back home and I know he will be looking out for his dear wife and daughter from the Father´s house and I pray he will also remember all of us who had the privilege of knowing him. Rest in Peace, dear Marek. Fr. Raymund L.C.
