The memories I have of Tia Benida are countless. She would come by our house in the summer and send us to buy food and drinks. She wanted to just see us young ones have a good time in the backyard. It brought her joy. She went out of her way to entertain us at her house. She loved for me to bring our kids. Benita and Jose were one of my Mom's best support networks. I will miss her.
