oh vicki, i just saw this! i'm so sorry to hear of val's passing! we had such a great time in our high school days!! she certainly was a 'one of a kind" and will be missed!
hopefully, she didn't suffer! after losing glenn i'm sure you must be heartbroken again.i suddenly lost my sister, sally, followed by my husband,luke, this may. it is just too much, but i am here for you along with many friends!

I was an intern at the CHRO and worked with Val a bit. She was a wonderful person and was always there when I needed someone to talk to. I will always remember her fondly. I'm so sorry for your loss and for the loss the CHRO is experiencing as well.

Hi Val,
I know you can hear me. Do you remember our senior year at Quinnipiac when we had that evening seminar with Larry Levine? There were only six people in the class, all women. One of those evenings, none of us had prepared for class, and you had the brilliant idea of getting a couple of six packs of beer, strolling into class all together, and telling Larry that we were going to have a party instead of class. And he bought it. It was a pure "Valerie" moment.
So many memories! I can still hear your voice and your laugh. You're with me always.
