Ed was a lovely, gentle man who was friendly to everyone and called everyone by name. We always enjoyed his singing when he was cantor at St. Bridget's Church. He certainly was a survivor when his sight became a problem and after his sweet and beloved wife of 50 years died. You would see him in the supermarket shopping, which had to be challenging for him, and also in McDonald's or Bagelicious with his buddies from town having breakfast. He lived life to the fullest and now he is at peace with his wife. We hope his family will find comfort in that and in the fact that he will be missed by his friends in the Cheshire community.
Sincerely,
Maryann and Jack Dolan

I love my Uncle Eddie, my godfather. His zest for life is an enormous influence in mine. I am hopeful that even the tiniest portion of his humor has rubbed off on me. So very grateful that he was in my life. He will be missed terribly, but remembered and celebrated often. Big hugs to all my cousins.
