Jim Arch, was a great guy! I had the privilege to work with him at C&M for many years.
Such a pleasant guy and always smiling.
I asked him why he always signed off on releases with a pencil, and he said, "so I can easily erased my signature if I have to!" Haha...I never had to worry about anything he signed off, because I knew if he said it was okay to ship, then it was okay to ship!
Smart, funny guy and I loved his tie collection.
Rest in peace Jim Arch, and if I could I would sign this with a pencil.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. We remember James well and have treasured memories from his time at C&M Corporation. James in so many ways taught us what cool really was. His pencil collection was great and we all knew he was indeed a genius engineer. James was ahead of his peers in many ways and we were all excited to see the first electric car in our area when Jim arrived in his new electric Toyota vehicle. I can't help but smile when I remember him ... that's the best kind of memory.
From your friends and family at C&M Corporation, we share in your loss and remember the bright star that he was and still is.

Kris, I was enormously saddened to hear of Jim's passing. The memories of our shared dreams back in the early 80's still warms my heart. You both were so kind to me back then & so generous of your time, counsel & friendship that I could never forget you. My heart goes out to you at this difficult time, along with my prayers. May the good Lord ease your bereavement. Jim is no longer suffering & is at peace. I pray you find comfort in that. I'm a better person having known you both. God Bless you Dear Friend.
