I was saddened to hear of Eric's passing. While I did not know him well after our high school years, I do remember our 20th reunion of our class in 1985, when Eric was serving on the Cheshire Town Council, and I was in town government in Duxbury, MA. Eric was friendly (great smile), sincere and accomplished. My wife Marilyn and I extend our sympathy to his family.

I was in 5th grade with Eric in Mrs. Thurbur's class. He was always a cut-up. He even gave me a nickname. In 7th grade he was devoted to the Nixon/Lodge campaign. Those were the days... It's good to learn that he went on to contribute to our country's acheivements. I'm sure his sense of humor will pop up in your lives again and again. Sincere condolences.
