I had the pleasure of caring for Mrs. Nowie at the medical office. We shared military stories and found out that we grew up in the same area of NE Connecticut. That gave us a special bond that I will never forget.
Ellie Nowie is my first memory of First Baptist Church. She was then and continued to be a wonderful, warm, caring person who let you know you were welcome. She will be greatly missed.
