Obituary of Ryan Thomas Nolan

NAUGATUCK - Ryan “RT” Nolan, 45, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017 at his home.  Mr. Nolan was born July 23, 1971 in Waterbury, the son of Karen (Como) Nolan of Naugatuck and Thomas Nolan of Naugatuck.

He was a talented artist and writer who enjoyed sharing his works with others.  In addition to his artistic accomplishments he was a talented musician most notably with his bands "Others" and "30 Bag".  RT was avid Yankee and Giant Fan not to mention a proud Republican.

At the early age of nine, RT began creating his art and writing the story of his life.  Nine year old RT wrote, directed, produced and starred in a play that debuted at the Whitmore Library.  He had a special role for each student, included everyone.

Aspiring, inspiring, and envisioning lyrics, stories, movies, and so much more. He was a naturally gifted artist, creating amazing caricature portraits, paintings, and sketches. RT wrote 30-40 songs a month, non-stop. Whatever he envisioned in this world, he put to paper.....
