Obituary of Martin A. Grant

CHESHIRE - Martin A. Grant, 68, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at VITAS at St. Mary’s Hospital.  He was the husband of Noreen (Nichols) Grant.

Mr. Grant was born June 24, 1949 in New Haven, the son of the late Ralph and Katherine (McMullen) Grant.  He was a retired sales and marketing executive for American Stone Mix.

Besides his wife of 43 years, Mr. Grant is survived by his son Christopher and his wife, Kineta, of Atlanta, GA.

Arrangements – A funeral service for Mr. Grant will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St.  His burial will be private and at the convenience of his family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in his name, may be made to Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven, 35 Park Street, New Haven, CT 06511.
