Obituary of Dorothy M. Kumkowski

Cheshire - Dorothy M. Kumkowski, age 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Gaylord Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Kumkowski.

Mrs. Kumkowski was born August 6, 1931, in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Vincent and Concetta (DiMaio) Maddaloni. She was retired from Eyelet Specialty Company in Wallingford.

Mrs. Kumkowski is survived by her son, Michael, and his wife, Debbie, of Cheshire. She will also be missed by her granddaughters, Lisa (James) McGinn of Bristol, and Laura (Micky) Ely of Portland Ct. and her four greatgrandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers, Vincent and Andrew Maddaloni.

Arrangements- A funeral mass for Mrs. Kumkowski will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at The Church of the Epiphany, 1750 Huckins Road, Cheshire, Burial will be at the convenience of the family, and there are no calling hours.
