Obituary of Earl R. Stowe

CHESHIRE - Earl R. Stowe, 82, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, surrounded by his loving family.  He was the husband of Gladys (Webster) Stowe.

Mr. Stowe was born December 18, 1934 in West Hartford, the son of the late Walter and Mary (Lisko) Stowe.  He was a retired manager of Waldbaum’s Supermarkets.

Besides his wife of 61 years, Mr. Stowe is survived by his son Earl and his wife, Charlene, and his daughters, Charlotte Stowe, and Lorraine Hassan and her husband, William. He will also be missed by his 11 grandchildren, Brandon Stowe, and his wife, Ashley Wells, Christopher Stowe, and his wife, Linda, Amanda Stowe, and her husband, Jim Carlo, Jaclyn Stowe, Armando Teixeira, and his wife, Jaclyn, Cynthia Abbamondi, and her husband, Martin, Timothy Starr, Stephanie Stowe, Tyler Hassan, Sabrina Hassan, and Tiffany Hassan, and his 8 great grandchildren, Savannah Stowe, Kayleigh Stowe, Brantley Stowe, Alexis Wells, Talon Stowe, Ella Teixeira, Fiona Teixeira, and Aliza Abbamondi. He also leaves behind his brothers-in law Tom Webster, Steve Webster, and William Webster.

Arrangements – A funeral service for Mr. Stowe will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St.  Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery, 203 Spring Lake Road, Waterbury. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 9:30 until the start of the service.
