I will always remember, fondly, Mrs Guilford, as the smiling, pleasant friend of my parents, who was at every event at our house. She was always interested in of us children and took the time to talk to each of us, making us feel a little special. She certainly enjoyed a party, and, from my perspective, was the “ life “ of it. .... she brings a smile to my face, as well as a tear to my eyes.
