Obituary of Gloria Fico

CHESHIRE - Gloria Evelyn Fico, 94, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Elim Park.  She was the wife of Louis Fico.

Gloria was born August 25, 1923 in Bridgeport, the daughter of the late John and Guiseppina (Massaro) Provolo.   She met her husband of 70 years on May 25^th, 1946, the day he returned home from WWII.

Besides her husband, Gloria is survived by her son Cary and his wife Marian, her son Brian and his wife Donna, her daughter Carolyn and her husband Andrew; as well as her grandchildren Kristina, Jennifer, Danielle, Alyssa and great grandchildren Matthew and Elizabeth.

My wife, our mom, will always be remembered for her quick wit and love of laughter.  Most of all, she will forever be remembered for her love of family. 

Arrangements – Funeral services and burial will be private. There are no calling hours and The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main Street, is in charge of arrangements.
