Dear Chub and all the family,
My mom and I are so very saddened by the passing of Dorothy.
When I told my mom she said “oh no, I was just thinking about her and was looking forward to her calling.” — They enjoyed much more of a friendship than just as being aunt/niece.
My brother and I have the fondest memories growing up when you and Dorothy were just dating and you would drive up to our house in Derby in your ThunderBird -- then later visiting you on Sperry Road on Sundays when Jenny, Bonnie, Debbie, and Penny came along! Aunt Helen and Uncle Phil would always be there, Chub would be working out in the yard or garden, and Dorothy keeping the home meticulously clean, with the smell of food permeating the house! What lovely memories Dorothy gave us!
We send our condolences to you all as we share in your sadness and lovingly remember Dorothy.
