I fondly recall Ruth's wide smile and gentle manner. I was blessed to serve as Associate Pastor at the Congregational Church of Naugatuck for ten years and it was a privilege to develop a personal rapport and to earn Ruth's confidence and trust during that time. I consider it a high honor to be invited to officiate the service of remembrance on Thursday evening. Meanwhile, I extend my sincerest sympathies to the family.
