To Ginny, Greg, and all of Don's family my deepest sympathies. I was introduced to Don many years ago and he hired me to work for him back at Seitz as a Sales Engineer. I was young and eager at the time and he took me under his wing - I view Don as one of my mentor's and learned a great deal from the man. We had a pretty good crew in the Seitz days and I had the opportunity to join Don and the crew for ski weekends up at Okemo. When he left Seitz to return to USSC, he reached out to me and I then joined him there as a change agent trying to turn around the business. We worked together for a third time at United Plastics Group in Chicopee MA. After UPG we lost track of each other as we went in different directions, however I took Don's teachings and have tried to emulate his wisdom and mentorship to others. I'm sure there is nothing I can say to help grieve your loss, however knowing how much of a positive impact Don made for me, along with others, is a testament to him and the type of person he was.
