Obituary of Victor Bernard Fusco

CHESHIRE - Victor B. Fusco, 91, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Cheshire Regional Rehab Center.  He was the husband of the late Anna L. (Cicoria) Fusco.

 

Mr. Fusco was born October 29, 1927 in Cheshire, the son of the late Salvatore and Bridget (Pastore) Fusco.  He served his country in the U.S. Army and was a longtime employee of International Silver Company retiring in 1980.  During his years with International Silver, he was the designer of the Peace Chalice for 1964 World's Fair.

 

Mr. Fusco was a communicant of St. Bridget Church and was a talented artist.  He was an avid gardener and was awarded “Beauty Spot of the Month” multiple times for the beautiful landscaping at his home. 

 

Mr. Fusco is survived by his sons Steven Fusco and his wife Michelle of Cheshire and Thomas Fusco and his wife Helen of Peru, NY; his grandchildren Steven Fusco, Rebecca Mann, Thomas J. Fusco, Marc Fusco; his three great grandchildren Dawson and Gianna Mann and Juda Fusco; his step-grandchildren Anthony and Aundraia Mann; his sisters Anna Perugini and Emma Delfino as well as several nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents he is predeceased by his siblings Anna, Lena, Michael, Daniel and Umberto and his daughter-in-law Antoinette Fusco.

 

Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Tuesday morning November 27, 2018 beginning with visitation at 8:30 at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. and proceeding to St. Bridget of Sweden Parish, St. Bridget Church, 175 Main St., Cheshire for a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 am.  Burial will follow in Cheshire Hillside Cemetery.
