Obituary of Maude S. Stevenson

AGAWAM, MA- Maude Stevenson, 93, formerly of Middlebury, passed away, Monday, December 10, 2018 at Heritage Hall South in Agawam, MA.  

She was born May 29, 1925 in Waterbury, daughter of the late John and Maud (Fageraas) Strachan.

Mrs. Stevenson was a graduate of Wilby High School Class of 1943. She was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Waterbury, and the Middlebury Senior Center.

Maude is survived by her daughter Sandra and her husband Lee Messenger of Brimfield, MA; two grandchildren Kenneth and Corinne; her great granddaughter Morgan; and two great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brothers John and Robert Strachan; and her sister Jean Peters.

Arrangements- A private funeral and burial in New Pine Grove Cemetery will take place at the convenience of the family. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 496 Chase Ave, 06704 is assisting the family with the arrangements.
