Obituary of Janet R. Walberg

CHESHIRE – Janet R. Walberg, 88, passed away Wednesday January 30, 2019 at her home.  

Mrs. Walberg was born April 18, 1930 in Swampscott, MA, the daughter of the late Michael and Irene (Marquis) D’Agnese. 

Mrs. Walberg is survived by her children Sharon Powers of TX, Bruce Walberg and his wife Joanne of FL; his grandchildren John Walberg of NY, Michael Powers of TX, Debbie Simmons (Brandon) of TX, David Walberg (Emily) of MA, Nicole Krisavage (Adam) of Prospect, and Brett Walberg of MA; her great grandchild Mary and Elizabeth Simmons, Emma and Meghan Krisavage, and Maddie Walberg; her sister Dolores Dillon; and her daughter-in-law Donna Walberg of Cheshire.  Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her son Gary Walberg and her sister Barbara Ruscoe.

Arrangements – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday February 8, 2019 at 10:30 am at St. Bridget of Sweden Parish/St. Bridget Church, 175 Main St., Cheshire.  Friends are asked to meet directly at church.  Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery and there are no calling hours.  The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements.
