Obituary of Pauline Anastos

CHESHIRE- Pauline Anastos, passed away peacefully Saturday January 26, 2013, at Masonicare of Wallingford. She was the wife of James E. Anastos. She was born in Lowell, MA daughter of the late Sotirios and Constantina (Lambrinakos) Kouchalakos. Pauline was a Teacher's Assistant in the Cheshire School System prior to her retirement. She was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Waterbury, and Lowell, MA, and the Daughters of Penelope in Meriden. Besides her husband, Pauline is survived by her son Tarsey and his wife Sally Ann Anastos of Cheshire; and two grandchildren Margot Jane Anastos, and James Robert Anastos, as well as several nieces, nephews and grad-nieces. Pauline was predeceased by her seven brothers William, Steven, Peter, Gregory, Arthur, Tarsey, and Lawrence "Larry" Kouchalakos; and her sister Vasiliki "Bess" Likakis. Arrangements- Her funeral will be held 10 A.M Thursday, January 31, 2013 at The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 937 Chase Parkway, Waterbury, 06708. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at church. Burial will follow in Westlawn Cemetery, Lowell, MA. Calling hours for Pauline will be Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 4 to 7 P.M at the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire 615 South Main Street, 06410.
