As an avid coin and stamp collector I have been a member of the Waterbury Stamp Club for many years. Ron, having also been in the banking business, was quite knowledgeable about old coins and currency. As Connecticut's Representative for the American Numismatic Association, I found it very pleasent to share stories with Ron regarding both of these hobbies we loved. I will truly miss him.

Dear Betty and Family, I am deeply saddened by Ron's passing! My fondest memories of him go back to 1946-47 when we played baseball for the Hopeville Ravens. He was always a joy to be around. Whenever I visited Waterbury over these many past years he would always get all the "guys" together for lunch and we would discuss our young and carefree days.
