I am truly sorry for your loss. No doubt there was a lot of wisdom and love behind those 102 years and I’m sure you would love to see you’re dear one again and enjoy more of his company. Did you know that the Bible promises that in the near future you’ll have the opportunity to see and embrace your loved one again? John 5:28,29 states that all those in the memorial tombs will be resurrected and come out. Revelation 21:4 we are promised that God will take away pain and even death amongst other things, so we will never have to feel the heartbreak & grief death causes. Imagine seeing the youth & health of your dear one restored! Job 33:25 says that flesh will become fresher than in youth & youthful vigor will return. Isaiah 35:5,6 all ailments & infirmities will be removed. These are just some of the promises our Heavenly Father has made to us and we can have hope and confidence that he will fix not only our broken hearts but a good deal more. Isaiah 55:11-"so my word that goes forth from my mouth will prove to be. It will not return to me without results" I hope you found some comfort in these scriptures. Again my deepest sympathies to all of you.
