Theresa is such a beautiful human being. In the short amount of time that it was my honor to have known her, she made an enormous impression on me. I saw her put her heart into her school work and the sports she loved. She often talked about her family and told funny stories about the family dog. I never saw her without a smile on her face, even when she was pushing hard in the gym. Theresa represents the pinnacle of the word inspiration and the world is a better place for having had her in it.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. It's a tragedy to lose someone so young. Please accept my deepest condolences. When we experience a great loss it's hard not to focus on it and the pain we feel over it. However the Bible offers us comfort and the hope to see our dear ones again. John 5:28,29 says all those in the memorial tombs will be resurrected and come out. After our loved ones are resurrected we can see them youthful and their health fully restored. See Job 33:25, Isaiah 35:5,6 and Isaiah 33:24 says no resident will say "I am sick". Additionally in Revelation 21:4 we are promised that God will take away tears, pain and even death. So we and our loved ones won't have to suffer & feel the sting of death ever again. All this may seem impossible, but we can completely rely on the promises our heavenly father makes to us - See Isaiah 55:11. When you have a quiet moment together as a family or as individuals, I encourage you to take a look as these promises in your Bible. Again my deepest sympathies to the family and everyone who loved Theresa.
