Mr. Rodrigues was a wonderful man. He was Scoutmaster for my son Andy Cosnotti and helped him to attain his Eagle Scout award. He gave so much of himself to support and encourage young men on their Scouting journey. My deepest condolences to his family.

Our hearts our heavy with sadness. Frank was a huge part of our son Scott becoming the young man he is today. I remember when Frank sat Scott, myself and my husband down for a meeting. Scott was working on becoming a Eagle Scout, with so much going on in a young High School student, Frank was able to show Scott that you can do it all. What a wonderful person, you will be missed by all, and for those that will never have the chance to have a true Leader, Lead your son.

Frank was a business partner to my former company, Sun Microsystems. During that time I got to know and respect him. Frank was colorful and always voiced his opinion in our meetings and conversations. He was the genuine article. His efforts to help others was twice anyone else I know. Rest now friend.
