Obituary of Lloyd Parks

MERIDEN - Lloyd Parks, 78, passed away Friday August 30, 2013 at the Curtis Home in Meriden. Mr. Parks was born December 13, 1934 in Waterbury, the son of the Hubert and Lois (Upson) Parks. He was a Cheshire resident for most of his life before living in Southington and Meriden. He enjoyed genealogy and learning about his family. Mr. Parks is survived by his brother Roger Parks of Vernon; two nieces; great nieces and nephews; as well as two great great nieces. Arrangements - A graveside service will be held on Friday September 6, 2013 at New Pine Grove Cemetery, 850 Meriden Road, Waterbury. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to The Curtis Home, 380 Crown St., Meriden, CT 06450. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. is assisting with arrangements.
